How long will my delivery take?

We try our best to ship all orders received before 12pm (WITA – Central Indonesian Time) the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with a unique tracking code. The Express delivery option is the fastest delivery possible.

How does your Indonesian Delivery service work?

We are partnered with JNE Express to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items. Indonesian orders are shipped via eParcel from Denpasar, Bali. All items are trackable and have the option to require signature on delivery.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

What is your returns policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase simply return it to us following our procedures and within 21 days of receipt and we will issue you an exchange or full refund for the product.

How do I return my items back to Rip Curl?

To return any items you must fill out our online Return Authorisation Request, so that one of our customer service representatives can issue you with a unique Return Authorisation code. Our Head Office in Bali stretch across Warehousing and multiple offices so it is very important that you receive a Return Authorisation Code, and follow the specific instructions for addressing and sending your items.

Can I return Swimwear for exchange or refund after purchasing it from the online store?

Yes we can accept an exchange or refund for swimwear on the condition that the item is deemed unworn by Rip Curl customer service, the swing tag remains attached and the hygeine sticker is in place.

Do I pay the postage costs when returning something to Rip Curl?

Rip Curl will cover standard postage costs for any items which are faulty and still under warranty. The postage on all other returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.

How do I send a watch back for repair?

To have your watch assessed, or battery/band replaced by our technicians, please follow the steps below.

  • Please send it to Rip Curl Service Centre, Jl. Sunset Road 69 Kuta, Bali. Indonesia 80361.
  • Include all of your contact details especially an email address
  • A brief description about the issue
  • Any previous job numbers if you have returned a watch before
  • A copy of the proof of purchase (if it is a warranty claim)
  • Package it so it will not get damaged in the post
  • Please send it registered post so you can track it

The technicians will send you an email with their findings and whether it is covered by warranty or not, at this point you can decide whether or not to go ahead with the work. You can click on the link to pay online, or call our customer service centre and pay over the phone if there is a cost involved.

If it says 'Find a Store' does that mean I can't buy it online?

When you see 'Find a Store' that means we are out of the colour and size you have selected. If you would still like to purchase this item you can contact your nearest Rip Curl Store, and ask them to do a search on what stores in your area may have stock remaining.

Can I use instore purchased Rip Curl Gift Vouchers Online?

Sorry, no. Rip Curl Gift Vouchers that were purchased instore are unable to be redeemed online, they are for use in our retail stores only.

Yes, Rip Curl now offers a selection of eGift cards that can be purchased and redeemed online. These are for online redemption only.

Can I purchase directly from the Warehouse?

No. But the good news is that Rip Curl retailers can, so ask your local store if they can help get the item you need in.

How can I recycle my old wetsuit?

Rip Curl is a strong advocate for recycling and recommend donating your old wetsuits to local surf schools or even high schools who use material in arts classes. Unfortunately we can not accept used wetsuits at Rip Curl.
